The CBAcma multi-family database includes apartment sales since 2000 for King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Data includes all 5+ unit market rate apartment properties that are arms-length transactions (some exclusions apply). Dupre + Scott compiled data for sales up to the year 2017, while sales from 2018 onward are researched in-house by CBA.
